electricity charge at 8.00 Baht per unit.
- Rates are quoted based on a 30-day month. The rate for a month of 28 or 31 days will
be adjusted based on the daily rate of a 30-day month.
- All rates are valid from January 1st, 2026, until December 31st, 2026.
- Yearly rates are available on request.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice and include any change in mandatory V.A.T.
- For tenancy of less than three months, a security deposit of one month's rental plus one
month's rent in advance is required.
- For tenancy of more than three months, a security deposit of two months' rental plus one
month's rent in advance is required.
