•	Rates are quoted based on a 30 days month. The rate for months with 28 or 31 days will be adjusted based on the daily rate of a 30 days month
•	Yearly rates are available on request basis.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice and including any change in government’s regulation on V.A.T.
•	For tenancy of less than three months, a security deposit of one month rental plus one month rent in advance is required.

Airport Tranfer Meeting Point: Our driver will meet you at Exit Gate 3 at the Suvarnabhumi Airport arrivals hall. He will be wearing a blue shirt and will carry a sign with your name on it.
